Salary Details

[Salary Breakdown] Monthly salary (base salary): 207,000 yen to 290,000 yen Fixed overtime allowance per month: 93,000 yen to 160,000 yen (fixed overtime of 50 hours per month) Overtime pay for hours exceeding the fixed overtime will be paid additionally The salary is a guideline and may vary up or down based on the selection process. Job Description

As the equipment design specialist at our company, you will be responsible for the design of mechanical systems in buildings (including drafting and detailed design).

Specific tasks include:
Hearing client requirements
Preparing estimates
Drafting designs
Making proposals
Detailed design

Mechanical Equipment Design:
You will design systems related to "air" and "water" in buildings, planning and supervising appropriate mechanical equipment based on usage and capacity.
You will manage approximately 6 to 10 projects per year (each project lasting about 2 to 3 months).
You will consistently perform tasks such as drafting and detailed design.

Work Style:
The annual number of holidays is 125 days, and the paid leave utilization rate is over 90%.
Overtime currently ranges from 40 to 60 hours per month, but from April 2024, we are adjusting working hours to limit overtime to 45 hours per month as part of efforts to improve the work environment. Additionally, smartphones are provided to all employees for timekeeping, and if overtime is excessive, alerts are sent from the general affairs department to the department heads. We are promoting work-style reforms and are actively working on reducing overtime.

Mandatory Requirements

・Graduates from architecture or civil engineering departments
・Holders of a first-class plumbing construction management engineer qualification or a building equipment engineer qualification

Preferred Requirements

・More than 10 years of practical experience
・Driver's license
・Experience working at a major general contractor or design office in a metropolitan area
