■ Working Style:
- Annual holidays are 125 days, and the paid leave utilization rate is over 90%.
- Currently, overtime hours range from 40 to 60 hours per month, but adjustments are being made for internal work style improvement, aiming to have less than 45 hours of overtime per month starting April 2024. All employees are provided with smartphones for attendance management, and alerts are sent to department heads by the General Affairs department if there is excess overtime.
