[Breakdown of Salary] ・Monthly Salary (Base Salary): ¥207,000 - ¥290,000 ・Fixed Overtime Allowance/Month: ¥93,000 - ¥160,000 (Fixed overtime of 50 hours/month) ・Overtime pay for hours exceeding the fixed overtime will be paid additionally. Job Description

You will be in charge of the electrical design of projects undertaken by the company.

【Specifics】
- Job Description: Primarily specializing in electrical construction, you will be responsible for project planning, proposal, basic planning to basic design, estimation, and design supervision as a whole.

■ Working Style:
- Annual holidays are 125 days, and the paid leave utilization rate is over 90%.
- Currently, overtime hours range from 40 to 60 hours per month, but adjustments are being made for internal work style improvement, aiming to have less than 45 hours of overtime per month starting April 2024. All employees are provided with smartphones for attendance management, and alerts are sent to department heads by the General Affairs department if there is excess overtime. We are promoting work style reforms and working towards reducing overtime.

Mandatory Requirements

・A degree from an electrical engineering-related department.
・Certification as a First-Class Electrical Construction Management Engineer or a Building Equipment Engineer (or similar relevant certifications).

Preferred Requirements

・At least 10 years of practical experience in electrical design or related fields.
・A valid driver's license (for possible site visits and travel).
