Job Description

Starting with urban regeneration projects that become local landmarks, we handle the construction of office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, and factories.

There are opportunities to engage with advanced buildings that lead the times, energy-efficient buildings that respond to societal demands for environmental consideration, and large-scale projects that are highly regarded by society. In addition to new constructions, we are also involved in many seismic-resistant, vibration-control, and base-isolation renewal projects that pursue safety, peace of mind, and environmental considerations.

■ Essential Requirements:
- Those with more than 3 years of experience in construction management
- Those who hold a First-Class Construction Management Engineer license or a First-Class Architect license
