Job Description
You will be responsible for providing technical human resources solutions to large manufacturers of automobiles, automotive parts, and home appliances. Additionally, this role involves supporting the careers of engineers, making it a great fit for those who value personal connections.

・For clients: customer research, appointment setting, needs analysis, and solution proposals.
・For the company: meetings with engineers (before and after project decisions).

Assignment Information
・After joining, you will initially work with senior employees to handle existing clients and experience the general flow of operations.
・You will also have the opportunity to develop new clients, with support from senior employees and managers.

Flexible Work Hours Standard working hours: 8 hours Core time: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM During training: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM) After assignment, working hours will be based on the client’s schedule.
Bonus: Twice a year (February and August).
