[Job Responsibilities]
Mainly involved in on-site construction management tasks (equipment):
- In construction and equipment work, you will be broadly responsible for quality control, progress management, safety and health management, schedule management, coordination with subcontractors, and negotiations with clients.
- You will undertake construction on urban regeneration projects that serve as local landmarks, as well as office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, factories, and more. There are opportunities to participate in pioneering advanced buildings, environmentally friendly energy-saving structures that meet societal demands, and large-scale projects with high public interest. Furthermore, we engage not only in new construction but also in numerous renovations works that pursue safety, reliability, and environmental considerations, including earthquake-resistant, vibration-controlled, and base-isolated projects.
Eligibility/Application Requirements
■Necessary Requirements:
- Must have more than 3 years of experience in construction management for buildings.
- Must possess one of the following qualifications:
- First-Class Electrical Construction Management Engineer
- First-Class Plumbing Construction Management Engineer
- Building Equipment Engineer
- Electrical Chief Engineer (Type 1 to Type 3)
- Fire Protection Engineer (Type A)
