Job Description and Career Path Details

We ask that you provide interior design planning that fulfills our clients' visions.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the interior design planning for commercial facilities and stores. Tasks include:
- Conducting demand hearings
- Planning, designing, and creating proposal materials
- Suggesting materials, basic drawings, and perspective proposals

Examples of Projects

Restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, wedding venues, funeral homes (500 tsubo), logistics warehouses (2000 tsubo), etc.
*There are also opportunities to be involved in overseas projects.

Construction Period

The duration of each project ranges from approximately 1 month to 6 months. The timeline varies depending on whether it's new construction, renovation, or renewal.

Work Style

Our organization promotes teamwork and open communication. You will take responsibility for the entire project as an interior designer, while sharing information with the sales and production (construction) teams.

- Practical experience in interior design for stores, commercial facilities, etc.
- Experience with CAD (those with experience in Vectorworks are especially welcomed).

- Experience in designing restaurants, eateries, supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.
- Knowledge of construction and cost-related regulations.
- Qualified as a 1st or 2nd class architect.
