Job Description & Career Path Details
You will be responsible for construction management work for facilities in large commercial complexes and factories. Specifically, this involves managing the entire HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection construction for diverse "commercial spaces" such as commercial facilities, hotels, buildings, food factories, logistics warehouses, and large cold storage facilities.
There may be projects that involve coordinating over 3,000 contractor staff as well.

Job Details:
- Meetings with clients
- Developing construction plans and selecting subcontractors
- Managing construction sites
- Attending internal inspections until completion and handover
- Estimating and supporting other sites, etc.
