*Shipping Adjustment Duties**
● Handling shipping inquiries from sales
- Confirming inventory status through mainframe operations and responding to sales with delivery dates (primarily via phone).

● Delivery schedule adjustments with partner factories
- Adjusting product delivery dates from factories in response to requests from sales, and coordinating to expedite shipments.

*While communicating with relevant parties, including various internal teams, sales, and partner factories, we ensure that operations proceed smoothly.

【Requirements】

- Proficient in PC skills such as Excel and Word, with the ability to operate mainframe computers.
- Experience in sales administration or as a sales assistant, with strong telephone communication skills.
- Experience in promoting business while collaborating and communicating with related departments.

Highest level of education: Graduate school graduate / University graduate.
