● You will be responsible for the施工管理 (construction management) of large-scale renovation works.

- Overall construction supervision of the renovation project
- Progress management of the site
- Site inspections
- Inspections with contractors present
- Meetings
- Site arrangements
- Preparation of documents, etc.

Centered in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, covering the entire Kanto region, including Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, and Ibaraki.

- Graduates from a construction-related department
- Level 2 Construction Management Technician qualification
- Practical experience in creating construction drawings using CAD
- Driver's license (can be obtained by the time of employment)

・Practical experience in construction management for large-scale repair work
・1st class building construction management engineer qualification

8:00～17:00 (60 minutes break)

Three times a year *Payment and amount will be determined based on performance.

- Overtime allowance
- Commuting allowance
- Family allowance (5,000 yen per family member)
- Attendance allowance (10,000 yen)
- Foreman allowance (10,000 to 50,000 yen)

- 115 annual holidays
- Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
- Special leave (Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's holidays, and bereavement leave)

You will need to sign the contract yourself, but all initial costs and actual expenses will be fully reimbursed. The rent will be your own responsibility.
