Job Description

● You will be responsible for the施工管理 (construction management) of large-scale renovation works.

- Overall construction supervision of the renovation project
- Progress management of the site
- Site inspections
- Inspections with contractors present
- Meetings
- Site arrangements
- Preparation of documents, etc.

Centered in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, covering the entire Kanto region, including Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, and Ibaraki.

Mandatory Requirements

- Graduates from a construction-related department
- Level 2 Construction Management Technician qualification
- Practical experience in creating construction drawings using CAD
- Driver's license (can be obtained by the time of employment)

Preferred Requirements

・Practical experience in construction management for large-scale repair work
・1st class building construction management engineer qualification
