You will be responsible for supporting IT in-house development and adoption for client companies using Microsoft Power Platform. From designing the challenges for internal use, implementing solutions, and supporting further in-house development, we provide end-to-end support and solve client challenges together.
Main Responsibilities
Power Platform implementation support (proposal, requirements gathering, development, testing, maintenance, etc.)
Prototype development (PoC, small-start support, etc.)
Business application development using PowerApps
Business process automation using Power Automate
Operations and maintenance (training for client employees, QA support, etc.)
Support center handling (technical consultations)
Support ticket status management
Development and implementation of Power Platform training content and training sessions
RPA in-house development support training service planning, development, and execution
Other tasks, such as report creation and client meetings
Team management, including member development and knowledge accumulation methods
Key Features of the Role
◎ Support desk for PPF (Power Platform)
Support ticket status management
Technical support for inquiries from client companies regarding PPF (with a secondary escalation point)
◎ Collaborative PPF projects with clients
Supporting the creation of a grand design to implement PPF in actual business processes
Advisory support for utilizing PPF to achieve goal images

Required Qualifications
Practical experience in system development
Experience interacting with end-users to conduct planning and requirements definition
Practical experience in development using Power Platform
