Our company is engaged in civil engineering work (such as land development, road improvement and paving, sewerage, and embankment construction), and we are looking for a construction site representative to oversee our projects.

The responsibilities include creating construction plans, managing schedules, quality control, safety management, and supervising and guiding those engaged in the construction work. The main area of work will be in Tsukuba City.

If you do not have the qualifications of a Civil Construction Management Engineer, you will be expected to aim for obtaining the certification while working with us.

- Graduates of construction-related faculties
- More than 5 years of practical civil engineering experience
- Ordinary driver's license required (automatic transmission allowed)

・1st class civil engineering facility management engineer or 2nd class civil engineering facility management engineer
・1st class construction machinery construction engineer or 2nd class construction machinery construction engineer
