Salary Details

Annual salary: ¥7,000,000 - ¥10,000,000 The above estimated annual salary includes bonuses (paid twice a year). The estimated salary is based on a 20-hour/month overtime assumption. If hired as a managerial supervisor, you will be exempt from overtime pay.

Job Details
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to business expansion through engineering, with the potential to aim for a managerial role.

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for large-scale system development (such as financial, insurance, and production management systems) and embedded software development for clients, as well as managing and leading a team to drive business growth. This includes overseeing the engineers in your team and contributing to the expansion of the business through active collaboration with the sales team. We are looking for candidates with prior software development experience who are eager to contribute to business growth and aspire to take on a managerial role in the future.

Specific Responsibilities
・Software development at client locations
・Collaborating with sales teams to expand on-site operations based on business strategies
・Coordinating with the team responsible for training and management to ensure member care
・Evaluating and managing the team’s performance and labor management

This role offers the chance to work as a software development engineer at the client site, as well as gain experience in internal management tasks aligned with business expansion.
The department was established in 2022 and has grown to over 130 members in its second year. To further accelerate organizational growth, we plan to expand our teams, providing a significant sense of contribution not only to engineering but also to business expansion.

Mandatory Requirements

[Required Qualifications]
・Over 5 years of experience in system development (such as financial, insurance, or production management systems) or embedded software development
・Over 5 years of experience in project management
・Over 3 years of experience in client-facing roles
・Ability to collaborate with the sales team with a focus on business expansion

[Educational Requirements]
A degree from a technical high school or higher in a science or engineering field.
