Recruitment Background:
We are currently launching a new business in the software domain. Our software business will focus on areas that will become increasingly important in the future, particularly software quality. We plan to offer a range of services in this field.

This position is for a consultant in the functional safety and software quality fields, specifically within the international standards compliance consulting service. We are looking for individuals who want to support clients as professionals in the functional safety and quality of systems, including software.

Job Description:
You will provide consulting and support for standards compliance in functional safety (ISO26262/IEC61508) and software quality (Automotive-SPICE, CMMI) for manufacturing industry clients. The main responsibilities include:
・Consulting on functional safety (ISO26262/IEC61508) and software quality (Automotive-SPICE, CMMI) in the automotive industry (with plans to expand to other industries in the future).
・Providing consulting and development support for new standards such as SOTIF (ISO21448) and others.
・Collaborating with sales to create proposals related to the improvement of customers' software development processes and support for system-wide standards compliance development.

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications:
All of the following are required:
At least 5 years of experience in system and software development in the automotive industry (related to safety-critical products: ASIL A-D).
Basic understanding of Automotive-SPICE and functional safety standards (ISO26262 or IEC61508).
At least 3 years of experience as a project leader in the automotive industry.
English skills (beginner level: able to understand international standards).
Note: You will be responsible for various clients, so there will be national business trips during the project launch phase.

Qualifications:
At least a technical college diploma or higher.

Preferred Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
・Understanding of SOTIF (ISO21448).
・Experience in standards compliance consulting in the automotive sector.
・English skills (intermediate level: able to participate in remote meetings with overseas teams).

Raise and Bonus
