Job Description

Recruitment Background
We are currently in the process of launching a new business in the software domain.
Our software business will focus on the field of software quality, which will become even more important in the future, and we plan to expand several services centered around this.

This position is for the launch of one of these services, specifically the international standards compliance consulting in the areas of functional safety and software quality. We are looking for applicants who want to contribute to launching a business that supports customers as professionals in the functional safety and quality of systems, including software.

Job Description
You will be responsible for launching a consulting business related to functional safety (IEC61508/ISO26262), SOTIF (ISO21448), and software quality (Automotive-SPICE, etc.) for customers in the manufacturing industry (primarily the automotive sector). In the future, other industry standards may also be considered.
・Collaborating with sales for technical proposals, etc.
・Team management to achieve revenue targets
・Collaboration with international partners
As the person in charge of the consulting business within the Software Engineering Department, you will oversee the business launch, including team management and revenue responsibilities. We are looking for applicants with experience in team management at a consulting company or those interested in starting their own business in the future.

Mandatory Requirements

・Experience as a consultant in fields related to international standards such as ISO/IEC
・Experience in team management and managing revenue targets in a consulting business
・Experience in providing technical proposals to customers
・Business-level English proficiency

Graduate of a technical college or higher

Preferred Requirements

・Knowledge of international standards related to automobiles, such as functional safety, SOTIF, and A-SPICE
・Experience in business startups
