Would you like to play a leading role in the growing field of software verification?
Our company, which has been providing value to customers in the manufacturing industry, primarily in the automotive sector, by combining digital technology and engineering skills, launched its software business in 2022 to further contribute to value creation in manufacturing toward 2030.
In the second year since the establishment of the Software Engineering Department, the team has grown to over 130 members, with over 25 members in the organization for this position, and we are rapidly expanding.
This position is intended for a leader candidate who will contribute to the increasingly in-demand field of software verification. We are looking for candidates who want to contribute to business expansion through their efforts and those who want to engage with customers to identify challenges and propose quality improvements.

Job Description
This role is missioned with solving customer challenges related to software quality. You will be responsible for supporting the improvement of QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) in software development across all phases, from upstream to downstream.

Details of the role:
・Basic test design (analyzing the target, determining the scope, creating the test item list)
・Detailed test design (selecting effective tests and considering measures to maintain quality)
・Test execution
・Test promotion
・Quality analysis
・Proposing quality improvements

Mandatory Requirements

[Required]
At least 5 years of experience in software evaluation or software development

Qualifications
Graduate of a technical college with a focus on science or higher

Preferred Requirements

[Preferred]
・Experience in listening to customer challenges and proposing quality improvements, or a desire to do so
・Experience as a systems engineer in industries such as finance or insurance
・Strong communication skills necessary for business, with the ability to think logically to improve customer quality
・Holder of JSTQB AL (Advanced Level) certification
