Background of the Recruitment
We are currently launching a new business in the software domain.
Our software business is focused on expanding services centered around software quality, which will be increasingly important in the future.
The department was established in 2022 and is now in its second year. As of June 2023, the number of staff exceeded 110, and it continues to grow. However, a key challenge is expanding and deepening relationships with customers who will receive our engineering services.
Currently, projects in embedded software and enterprise domains (such as financial and production management systems) are split about 2:8, with embedded software projects being the larger share.
In the future, we aim to increase the proportion of enterprise domain projects, targeting a ratio of 3:7 between embedded software and enterprise domains. To achieve this, we are now looking to hire new talent.
We welcome applications from individuals with sales experience in the enterprise domain and an interest in launching new businesses.
Job Description
We are looking for a sales professional to propose software development, outsourcing, and system evaluation/verification services for our newly launched department.
You will be responsible for a wide range of customers, from large automotive companies to IT-related companies.
Although our company has over 30 years of history, this department was established only in 2022. Therefore, in addition to following up with existing clients, we expect you to play a key role in new client acquisition and building the structure for the department.
Details of the Job
・Deepen relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients
・Consider proposals for manufacturing and system development companies
・Manage engineers currently working on projects and other related tasks
