As an infrastructure engineer, you will be involved in requirements definition, design, construction, verification, operation, and monitoring tasks. You will start in a field where you can leverage your existing experience, primarily in the areas of networking and servers. [About Your Assignment (Project)]

We are particular about having engineers involved consistently from upstream to downstream processes, so we have very few spot assignments that only cover manufacturing or testing processes. Initially, you will start in a field that utilizes your past experience, but we will work together to decide on projects that can help you build a career that aligns with your interests.

Projects are generally determined not based on the company’s needs (specific assignments), but rather through a career discussion after joining the company, where we will thoroughly discuss your vision, such as "What kind of engineer do you want to become?" or "What technologies do you want to acquire?" Based on these discussions, we will decide on your assignment that aligns with your aspirations.

It is characteristic of us that project assignments are not handled by sales but by a specialized team. This contributes to the fact that assignments are not determined solely by company interests. Please feel free to communicate your envisioned career plan to us.
