We are currently advancing the launch of a new business in the software domain. Our software business is focused on offering services tailored to the increasingly critical field of software quality.
Established in 2022, this department is now in its second year, with over 110 members as of June 2023, continuing to experience significant growth. However, the expansion and deepening of our customer base for engineering services remain key challenges.
Currently, embedded software projects constitute 20% of our business, while enterprise domain projects (such as financial systems and production management systems) make up 80%. Moving forward, we aim to shift this balance to 30:70, increasing the proportion of enterprise domain projects. To support this transition, we are seeking new hires.

Job Description
We are recruiting leaders and manager candidates for sales roles in the newly established department that proposes software development, contracted services, and system evaluation/testing services.
You will work with a wide range of clients, from leading companies in the automotive industry to IT firms.
Although the company boasts a 30-year history, this department was only recently established in 2022. Thus, we expect you to handle not only existing client relationships but also take on new customer development and organizational framework building.
Detailed Job Responsibilities
・Deepening relationships with existing clients and acquiring new clients.
・Developing proposal strategies for manufacturing and system development companies.
・Managing sales team goals and performance.
・Managing currently deployed engineers.

【Mandatory Requirements (MUST)】
The following experience is required:
At least 5 years of corporate sales experience.
Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience managing a sales team.
Eligibility
Graduated from a technical college or higher.

Candidates with any of the following experience are welcome:
・Experience in proposal-based sales to senior management or executives.
・Knowledge of system development, including core systems such as finance, insurance, and production management.
・Knowledge of software development, particularly embedded software.
・Knowledge of hardware development, including FPGA, circuit boards, and other device-related expertise.
・Experience in new business development sales.
