*Main Job Responsibilities**
As a system development engineer, you will be responsible for the development of web systems and mobile applications. We are committed to engaging in all aspects from upstream to downstream, so there are hardly any spot projects that involve only the manufacturing or testing phases. While we anticipate starting in areas where you can leverage your previous experience, we will work together to choose projects that align with your career aspirations.
Our clients range widely, including SIers, in-house service companies (e-commerce sites), and various corporate entities. Approximately 75% of our projects are prime contracts, allowing you to work directly with end-users in many settings. We place importance on team assignments, and there have been instances where 5 to 8 employees from our company are working with a single client.
**About the Assignment (Projects)**
The allocation of projects will be determined in consultation with the leader of the assigned group, prioritizing the career wishes of the individual. You will work on projects discussed during interviews from a rich pool of over 20,000 yearly projects. Through career discussions after joining, we will thoroughly talk about your vision of "what kind of engineer you want to be" and "what technologies you want to acquire," and decide on the assignment that aligns with those aspirations. The assignment process is handled by a specialized team rather than sales, which prevents assignments from being decided solely based on company priorities.
