Job Description

Overview

- As a BI consultant for clients or internal departments at a Persol Group company or partner company, you will conduct data analysis and data visualization tasks using BI tools.
- Starting from a basic understanding and acquisition of knowledge/skills as a BI engineer, you can enhance your technical and business capabilities by gaining experience in a position close to the end user.
* **Workplace**: There may be assignments at customer sites primarily within the Tokai region, centered around Aichi Prefecture.

Details

- Tasks will involve data visualization and dashboard construction using BI tools (such as Tableau).
- You will be responsible for acquiring knowledge and eventually take on positions involving data mart design/build instructions for data analysis and dashboard creation, and ultimately collaborating with clients on detailed specifications.

Specific Training Content

Training will be conducted using the BI tool Tableau. The training period will vary according to individual growth and experience, lasting from 2 weeks to a maximum of 1 month. Following the conclusion of the training, you will work on assignments at Persol Group companies or client sites.

Curriculum

- Beginner: Basic concepts, terminology/data terminology, screen composition, data connection, aggregation options, various processing, data extraction/custom SQL, etc.
- Intermediate: Calculated fields, advanced graphs, visualization, etc.
- Advanced: Parameters, various sets, dashboard functions, actions, etc.
- **Tableau Prep**
- **SQL**
- Learn the basics of SQL, including data aggregation, sorting, table joins, etc.

You can actively engage in information exchange using communication tools with colleagues and seniors. Senior employees, who started with no BI experience, are thriving, creating a reassuring environment where you can freely discuss any "uncertainties" or "concerns."

Mandatory Requirements

- Over 1.5 years of programming experience using any language (knowledge of BI is not required)
