Job Description

【Main Duties】
As a system development engineer, you will be responsible for developing web systems and smartphone applications. We emphasize involvement across the entire development process, from upstream to downstream; therefore, we rarely have spot assignments that involve only production or testing phases. Initially, we envision starting in areas where you can leverage your previous experience, but we will work together to choose projects that align with your career aspirations.

Our clients vary widely, including system integrators (SIers), in-house service companies (e-commerce sites), and various business entities. About 75% of our projects are prime contracts, allowing you to work directly with end users in many settings. We value team placements, and there are instances where our employees, numbering between 5 to 8, have been assigned within the same client organization.

【Regarding Placement (Projects)】
Your placement will be decided in consultation with the leader of your group, prioritizing your desired career path. You will work on projects identified through discussions during interviews from a pool of over 20,000 ample projects annually.

Through post-employment career discussions, we will thoroughly discuss your vision of "what kind of engineer you want to become" and "what technologies you want to learn," and based on those preferences, we will determine your placement.

It is important to note that project assignments are managed by a dedicated team rather than sales. This means that placements are not solely determined by the company’s interests. Please feel free to communicate your envisioned career plan to us without hesitation.
