Job Description

You will be responsible for overall construction management tasks at civil engineering and paving construction sites, focusing mainly on public works projects. The work area covers the entire Hokkaido region. You will have the opportunity to be involved in large projects with a duration of up to one year.

【Specific Responsibilities】
Your main duties will include safety management, quality control, schedule management, cost management, coordinating with related parties, and document preparation. Your job will be to complete projects without accidents, in accordance with specifications, smoothly within a short time frame, while ensuring profitability.

【Example Daily Schedule】
08:00 - Morning briefing, photography of safety facilities and equipment
09:00 - Document preparation
10:00 - Preparation for internal inspection
11:00 - Internal inspection
12:00 - Lunch break
13:00 - Meeting with partner companies
14:00 - Site progress confirmation
16:00 - Document preparation
17:00 - Summary of the day and confirmation of the next day's schedule
18:00 - Leave work

* You will use a company vehicle for site transfers.
* A mobile phone for business use will be provided.

【After Joining…】
On the first day, there will be an orientation covering company regulations, lasting about half a day. After that, you will receive an explanation of the site from senior staff and will engage in introductions (this will take about 3 days to 1 week).

Mandatory Requirements

Experience in civil engineering and pavement construction management (3 years or more)
・For those with a regular driver's license

Preferred Requirements

・1st class civil engineering construction management engineer qualified
・2nd class civil engineering construction management engineer qualified

Working Hours

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (60-minute break) Overtime: Approximately 30 hours/month *During peak periods, it may exceed 40 hours/month. *Overtime pay is provided.

Raise and Bonus

Twice a year (previous year's results: 1.5 months) (Separate year-end bonuses are available depending on company performance)

● New Employee Training (April, including company regulations, business manners, knowledge of civil engineering and paving, surveying, etc.) ● Company-wide Conference (held once a year in April, covering company policies, etc.) ● Construction Department Training (held twice a year in April and May, providing the latest knowledge and techniques related to civil engineering and paving) ● Individual Meetings for New Employees (once a month for the first year after joining, where the education coordinator informally listens to the new employees about their learning progress, challenges, concerns, and worries) ● Support for obtaining qualifications (such as Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer and Paving Construction Management Engineer) Regarding career advancement, veteran employees serve as instructors and hold study sessions aimed at obtaining qualifications approximately once a month. Support is consistently provided so that anyone with ambition can aim for qualification acquisition. (Note: The company covers part of the costs for obtaining qualifications.)
