You will be responsible for overall construction management tasks at civil engineering and paving construction sites, focusing mainly on public works projects. The work area covers the entire Hokkaido region. You will have the opportunity to be involved in large projects with a duration of up to one year.
【Specific Responsibilities】
Your main duties will include safety management, quality control, schedule management, cost management, coordinating with related parties, and document preparation. Your job will be to complete projects without accidents, in accordance with specifications, smoothly within a short time frame, while ensuring profitability.

08:00 - Morning briefing, photography of safety facilities and equipment
09:00 - Document preparation
10:00 - Preparation for internal inspection
11:00 - Internal inspection
12:00 - Lunch break
13:00 - Meeting with partner companies
14:00 - Site progress confirmation
16:00 - Document preparation
17:00 - Summary of the day and confirmation of the next day's schedule

* You will use a company vehicle for site transfers.
* A mobile phone for business use will be provided.
【After Joining…】
On the first day, there will be an orientation covering company regulations, lasting about half a day. After that, you will receive an explanation of the site from senior staff and will engage in introductions (this will take about 3 days to 1 week).
Experience in civil engineering and pavement construction management (3 years or more)
・For those with a regular driver's license
・1st class civil engineering construction management engineer qualified
・2nd class civil engineering construction management engineer qualified

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (60-minute break) Overtime: Approximately 30 hours/month *During peak periods, it may exceed 40 hours/month. *Overtime pay is provided.

Support is consistently provided so that anyone with ambition can aim for qualification acquisition. (Note: The company covers part of the costs for obtaining qualifications.)
