This is a role responsible for the circuit design and development of the system and control boards for HSC modules, which are housed in multiple enclosures containing our main product, the hybrid supercapacitor (commonly known as HSC).
■ You will belong to the circuit design team in collaboration with our parent company, Musashi Seimitsu Industry, and work together with other members on the development of the control board for HSC modules and systems.
■ Development of new products, improvement of existing products, and cost reduction.
■ Conduct circuit design using CAD, and outsource the board manufacturing to partner companies.
■ Develop control boards in collaboration with North America to launch new product production at our North American subsidiary.
■ Validate and test prototypes using various devices and measurement equipment.
■ Troubleshooting in the market.
■ Expert in electronic circuits, circuit system CAD, and serial communication (SPI, CAN, RS485)
■ Experience in designing and developing control boards for electrical device products, as well as circuit design using CAD (over 3 years)
■ Experience using measuring instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
■ Intermediate PC skills (email, Excel)
■ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
■ Valid driver's license (required for commuting due to the work location)
■ Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 600 or higher)
■ Experience using charging and discharging equipment
■ Experience in simulation and code creation using MATLAB and Simulink
■ Experience in reliability testing and environmental testing (vibration, shock, transportation testing) in accordance with JIS/ISO/IEC standards
