Job Description

This company develops energy-related businesses primarily centered around energy storage devices. You will be responsible for the procurement of raw materials, mechanical components, and electronic parts used in our products, as well as purchasing from subcontractors for circuit board assembly and manufacturing. Your main role will involve negotiating with vendors.

Scope of Work

- Conducting price negotiations, securing supply capacity negotiations, introducing new materials, and executing tasks based on future business goals/plans.
- Responding to material changes and design modifications, adjusting delivery schedules, managing/evaluating suppliers, and managing BCP, SCM, and shared assets such as molds.
- Exploring, evaluating, and selecting new suppliers, as well as negotiating transaction terms and concluding contracts.
- Participating in the review and restructuring of purchasing operations with an eye toward business expansion and importing materials from overseas.
- Ensuring compliance with procurement-related regulations and maintaining/improving operational systems that meet quality system requirements such as ISO.

Mandatory Requirements

Driving license (required for work and commuting)

■ Experience in purchasing and related activities
■ TOEIC® test score of 600 or higher, or equivalent level of English proficiency

Working Hours
