【Mission of the Department】
Support the company-wide intellectual property (IP) activities by enhancing IP management. Specifically, this includes improving and streamlining the operation of the IP management system, visualizing the progress of IP activities, and responding to digital transformation (DX) initiatives.
【Job Responsibilities】
Support IP-related tasks, such as obtaining application rights, from a management perspective. This includes maintaining and improving the IP management system's operations, analyzing and disseminating progress statistics of IP activities, and exploring new tools as part of DX.

【Education】
Graduated from a technical college or higher
【Essential Requirements】
Experience as an intellectual property officer dealing with patent rights application and other companies' patents, and an interest in intellectual property management
Language proficiency (English): Ability to read and understand documents and manuals
Highest Level of Education: Graduate School Graduate, University Graduate, or Technical College Graduate
Desired Skills:
- Candidates should possess technical knowledge related to chemistry and materials.
- A certification of at least Level 2 in Intellectual Property Management or a patent attorney qualification is required.
- Experience in the implementation of various tools and digital transformation (DX) is preferred.
- Language skills (English): Able to correspond via email / TOEIC score of 600 or above.
