Job Description

As an SV responsible for business management in departments handling "monitoring" and "customer support" for EC sites and web services, you will be entrusted with overseeing operations. In an industry where the business model and services involved are guaranteed to grow more and more in the future, it is possible to gain a wide range of experiences crossing various fields.

In this position, we are recruiting for a role responsible for new business development in the freemarket service sector and customer support operations. Would you like to join this new project and contribute to its growth and success?

- Customer Support Operations
└ Providing customer support for users of the flea market service.
└ Handling inquiries from users who cannot log in through the account inquiry contact point.
- Management Operations
└ Team management
└ Quality control
└ Client reporting, etc.

※You will manage 9 operators with 3 team leaders.

【Training after joining the company】
After joining, you will undergo training at the client site for one month, where you will learn the job and deepen your experience. A sufficient training period will be provided, allowing you to learn from the basics at a steady pace!

Mandatory Requirements

・At least 3 years of desk work experience (proficient in PC operations, experience using Excel)
・Experience in client negotiations
・Management experience (e.g., staff development, manual creation)
