Job Description

Responsibilities: As a technical operator at the company, you will be in charge of metal cutting and part processing for materials such as aluminum, brass, iron, and stainless steel.

Details and Equipment:

- You will be assigned as a technical operator. Initially, you will focus on operating existing processing machines, performing metal cutting and part processing for aluminum, brass, iron, and stainless steel. The main equipment includes CNC lathes, combined lathes, and machining centers.
- The company plans to introduce new equipment in January 2023 (including a machining center with a 10-pallet configuration and a double-turret combined lathe). Based on your experience and skills, you will have the opportunity to work with new equipment.
- Overtime hours are approximately 20 to 30 hours per month. Wednesdays are designated as no-overtime days, promoting a work-life balance.

Mandatory Requirements

- Those who have practical experience with a combination lathe machine
- Those who can efficiently set up and program machining centers and NC combination machines
- Those who can read machine processing drawings

Preferred Requirements

- Practical experience with the following machines:
① Nakamura Tome → WY-150
② Yamazaki Mazak → INTEGREX I-200HS
- Valid driver's license (limited to automatic transmission is acceptable) *Due to the difficulty of commuting.
