"Die bonding" refers to the equipment used in the latter stages of semiconductor manufacturing, where cut silicon is adhered to a substrate. In this field, our company holds a leading share globally, especially in the smartphone sector, where we rank among the top.
■ Commitment to SPEED:
(1) Daily Stand-up Meetings Twice a Day: Time is allocated for subordinates to consult with their superiors about the progress and direction of the day's tasks, allowing for efficient work without prolonged concerns.
(2) Establishment of a Customer Service (CS) Department: The CS department analyzes reports from local partners and reflects them in the operational designs of each department to quickly respond to requests from overseas customers.
