[Job Description]
In response to customer data analysis requests, you will be responsible for everything from system development to providing dashboards, with a focus on data visualization.
You will be a core member of the team, working on proposals, requirements definition, system development, and operation in response to customer requests.

-Define requirements for dashboards created with QuickSight (or other tools)
-Define quality in dashboard development and ensure quality according to that definition

[Recruitment Background]
The company has many system construction projects related to data analysis.
The number of projects is increasing every year, so we are looking for someone who can act as a core member.
Among them, we are focusing on recruiting people who can be core members in the area of data visualization, such as advising customers on analytical perspectives.
Many of the current members are young engineers and can handle technical aspects, but they are still growing in project management aspects such as leading customers, making proposals, managing projects, and planning and executing to ensure quality. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can reinforce the current system in these areas and who can consider and propose ways to provide more value to customers.
[Work style]
First, in order to get used to the company and how projects are carried out, you will be engaged in system development as a sub-leader or member under the PL, and you will learn together about how to proceed with projects, customer negotiations, and the technologies we handle. After that, you will gradually expand the scope of your responsibilities and, as a PL, you will be entrusted with creating and promoting project plans from the requirements definition phase to design and development. As for your career after that, you will decide on your own career in consultation with your superiors, including not only PM but also consultant and system architect.

The majority of members are in their 20s, followed by their 30s, 40s, and 50s. The scale of projects varies from small (2 people including PL) to large (over 30 people). In terms of percentage, the majority of projects are between 4 and 10 people.
The duration of some projects is less than one month, while others take a year. New development takes more than 5 months, while feature additions usually take around one month.
