Job Description:
You will primarily work on mountain tunnel projects, aiming to improve the quality of construction planning, temporary planning, and access road planning.
・Develop construction plans, sediment water treatment plans, ventilation plans, temporary power supply plans, temporary bridges, scaffolding, temporary earth retention, and access road plans needed for mountain tunnel construction.
・Provide work instructions and guidance to junior engineers.
・Other construction-related planning and providing work instructions and guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications:
Education: At least a technical college graduate
① 20s to 30s: Experience in designing or inspecting mountain tunnels and holding a technical associate (技術士補) qualification.
② 35 to 45 years old: Experience as the main engineer for mountain tunnel (TN) body construction design, with the ability to assist 2-3 junior engineers.

Highest Education Level: Graduate school or university degree.
