・You will be responsible for construction management of electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance/inspection work related to nuclear power plants and associated facilities within our Social Infrastructure Headquarters.
・Your primary work location will be within nuclear facilities, particularly in Aomori, Fukushima, Ibaraki, Niigata, and Fukui Prefectures. However, we will consider your location preferences.
・Depending on the project, you may need to travel for work at nuclear-related facilities.
・There will be many staff members stationed at the work sites, allowing for collaborative work and mutual support as you progress with tasks.
[Career Plan]
・In the first 2 to 3 years after joining, you will assist on projects and learn the company’s processes while acquiring the necessary skills. After that, you will gradually take on larger-scale projects.
・A training program is available for mid-career recruits. Additionally, there is robust support for obtaining various qualifications, including the 1st-Class Electrical Work Construction Management Engineer certification and the technical engineer certification. We offer a wide range of support and reward systems for qualification acquisition, ensuring long-term growth as a skilled engineer.
・Holder of the 1st-Class Electrical Work Construction Management Engineer certification
・Extensive experience in construction management within the electrical equipment field
・Valid First-Class Ordinary Driver’s License
・Qualified third-class chief electrical engineer, first-class instrumentation engineer, fire protection equipment engineer, and supervising engineer
・Experience in construction management or maintenance and inspection of electrical, instrumentation, civil engineering, or fire protection systems
・Experience as a site supervisor (construction project representative)
