Job Description

Candidates with experience in bridge and road structure inspection work / Top 5 construction consulting firms in Japan

■Job Description:
You will conduct on-site tasks for road-related structures, including inspections, surveys, repair designs, and maintenance planning, in response to the aging of accumulated bridge and road infrastructure.
Mission: To contribute to enhancing the status of consultants and the business.

Mandatory Requirements

Education Level: Graduate of a technical college or higher.
Age: Ideally up to 35 years old (20s are also acceptable; looking for rejuvenation in the workforce).
No specific qualifications required. Support is provided for obtaining inspection-related certifications.
Job Requirements:
①Experience in inspection, investigation, and deterioration diagnosis related to maintenance and management of national road infrastructure (road bridges, road accessories, tunnels, etc.).
②Certification in inspection/diagnosis fields (e.g., Road Bridge Inspector, Infrastructure Inspector) or a strong willingness to acquire such certifications.

Final Academic Background: Master's degree or bachelor's degree.
