Job Description:
You will be responsible for disaster prevention surveys, analysis, and design, such as for slope disaster prevention and road disaster prevention. The role involves strengthening the disaster prevention aspects of existing roads and building disaster-resistant infrastructure.

Job Features:
・Currently, we are co-developing the "Seismic Countermeasure-type Step Control Work" and are proposing and promoting settlement countermeasures using seismic surveys, diagnostics, and construction methods in the earthworks department. This position is crucial for driving future business expansion.
・We are also utilizing big data for mobility support during disasters, so you will be expected to propose disaster countermeasures for various regions, leveraging your technical skills and expertise. Your mission is to imagine various scenarios and help build safe, reliable roads.

Mandatory Requirements

Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Graduate of a technical college or higher
①20s: Experience in road, slope disaster prevention, or underground utility duct design is preferred. Applicants with no experience but a strong desire to learn design and acquire qualifications are also welcome.
②30s: Experience in road design, geotechnical and ground engineering, road structure design, or underground utility duct design. It is desirable to have a professional engineer certification (such as a "Technical Expert" certification).
③40s to 50s: Experience in road design, geotechnical and ground engineering, road structure design, or underground utility duct design. A "Technical Expert" certification is required.
④50s and older: Experience in slope design and structural design, with the ability to conduct design reviews of structures.

Final Academic Background: Master’s degree or Bachelor's degree
