We provide one-stop service for planning, designing, developing and operating mobile apps (iOS/Android). Development is done using Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, etc.

We are recruiting development members to build a team that can quickly respond to rapidly changing customer business and devices. By increasing the number of development members and creating more leeway, we plan to take on projects that have never been experienced before, increase the time that employees can devote to self-improvement such as studying the latest technologies, and further develop new areas.
◆Work style
First, you will join the PL as a member to get used to the company and how projects are carried out, and gradually the scope of your responsibilities will be expanded. After that, if you wish to be a specialist, you will be entrusted with the formulation of development standards, the investigation of the latest technology and its applicability within the company, and horizontal reviews of development projects.
Also, if you wish to work in management, the scope of your responsibilities will be gradually expanded so that you can gain experience as a PL and PM.

The majority of members are in their 20s, followed by those in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. The scale of projects varies from small (2 people including PL) to large (over 30 people). Proportionally, projects with 4 to 10 people are the most common.
Some renovation projects take less than a month, while others take a year to develop. New developments take more than 5 months, while feature additions tend to take around a month.
