You will be in charge of customer support for bilingual projects.
We are looking for a wide range of candidates, from those with no IT experience who want to work in IT using English to those with bilingual IT work experience.
■Job summary:
Projects will be determined based on your experience and time of joining the company. You will be involved in operational projects using Japanese and English.
Most of the projects are user support-related operational projects, and many of them involve hands-on support of actual devices.
■Project examples:
・Bilingual help desk work at a major foreign pharmaceutical company in Tokyo
- Mainly support for client PCs, mobile phones, and peripheral devices
- User support will be mainly in Japanese, and you will communicate with overseas engineers in English.
