You will be responsible for new construction, maintenance, and renovation works related to the interior and architectural construction of various types of buildings, such as office buildings, hotels, apartments, department stores, theaters, and hospitals.
Your role will involve estimating project costs, managing construction schedules, material management, safety management, labor management, cost management, and quality control. Through these tasks, you will work to improve the motivation and productivity of the on-site team. You will also be responsible for negotiating and collaborating with various stakeholders, such as general contractors, construction firms, and clients.
・The scale of the projects varies from several million yen to hundreds of millions of yen, and you will be involved in both new construction and renovation projects. Depending on your career level, you will work on projects that match your experience, allowing for steady career progression.
・The first 2 to 3 years after joining will be considered a learning period where you familiarize yourself with the company’s rules and work style. During this time, you are encouraged to settle in and focus on learning and growing in your role.
Qualifications Required
One of the following qualifications:
・2nd-Class Architectural Construction Management Engineer
・1st-Class Architectural Construction Management Engineer Assistant
For those who hold one of the above qualifications and have the following experience:
・Practical experience in construction management for interior works
・Licensed Architect
・Experience in construction management, including architectural projects
