◆Job Description
As a front-end engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing web apps, mobile apps, and smartphone web apps.
Since most of your orders come from client companies, you will be able to select modern technologies and tools and proactively proceed with development.
You will be able to acquire a full range of skills and know-how from the front to the back end, including server side and API integration with AWS and tuning.
In addition to front-end development, you can also expand your area of activity to multiple areas (such as server side development) if you wish.

- Most of the projects are prime projects that are directly commissioned by the client
- Pre-sales and proposal activities to concretize the customer's requirements
- Creation and promotion of project plans from the requirements definition phase to design and development
- Planning, design, development, and ongoing development of web applications and apps for smart devices
- For ongoing development, improvement proposals are made based on feedback from users

We are looking for development members to build a team that can quickly respond to rapidly changing customer businesses and devices. By increasing the number of development members and creating more leeway, we plan to take on projects that we have never experienced before, increase the time that employees can devote to self-improvement, such as studying the latest technologies, and further develop new areas.
◆Work style
First, you will join the PL as a member to get used to the company and how projects are carried out, and gradually the scope of your responsibilities will be expanded.
After that, if you wish to become a specialist, you will be entrusted with the formulation of development standards, the investigation of the latest technology and its applicability within the company, and horizontal reviews of development projects.
In addition, if you wish to work in a management position, the scope of your responsibilities will be gradually expanded so that you can gain experience with the PL and PM.

The majority of members are in their 20s, followed by those in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. The scale of the projects varies from small (2 people including the PL) to large (over 30 people). Proportionally, the majority of projects are between 4 and 10 people in size.
Some renovation projects take less than a month, while others take a year to develop. For new development, it usually takes more than 5 months, but for feature additions, it usually takes around 1 month
