We provide system construction and consulting services that utilize the latest cloud services with AWS as the core.

【Specific Job Description】
・Architecture design based on AWS Well-Architected Framework
・Construction using Infrastructure as Code
・Migration from on-premise to cloud
・Proposal of system solutions for business issues using cloud services
・Planning and promoting collaboration and promotion with AWS

◆Recruitment Background
We are in an era where cloud adoption has become commonplace in various industries, and cloudification and cloud nativeization are progressing in all directions. In addition, there are increasing opportunities to provide advanced technologies such as cognitive computing through the cloud. In this context, the company has set strengthening its cloud business as a major theme, and wants to significantly strengthen its organization while expanding its service content.

◆Work Style
First, under the project leader, you will become accustomed to the company and how projects are carried out, and will be involved in setting up and building various AWS services. For small and medium-sized projects, we often make direct contracts with customers, and almost all of the work is brought back to the company. If we determine through team activities that you have the management skills as a PL/PM, we will assign you to that position.

In addition to PL/PM, there are the following roles.

・Pre-sales: Promote the benefits of cloud adoption to customers and support project acquisition

・Cloud consulting: Plan cloud adoption processes and methods based on the status of customer systems

・Cloud architect: Responsible for evaluating cloud implementation of systems, and promote cloud optimization and application of the latest technology

The majority of members are in their 20s, followed by their 30s, 40s, and 50s. The scale of projects varies from small (2 people including PL) to large (over 30 people). Proportionally, projects with 4 to 10 people are the most common.

Some renovation projects take less than a month, while others take a year to develop. New development takes more than 5 months, while feature additions take around a month.

Mandatory Requirements

◆ Required skills
・Over 1 year of experience as an infrastructure/network engineer
・Or experience designing and building servers, whether on-premise or on cloud
