Job Description

◆Job Description
As a server-side engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing server-side applications that utilize the cloud (mainly AWS).
We are introducing a serverless architecture that makes full use of AWS services (API Gateway / AWS Lambda / Amazon DynamoDB / Amazon Kinesis, etc.).
We accept projects directly from customers and act as a prime contractor, so you can talk directly with customers and participate in projects from the proposal stage on how to build the system.
In addition to developing server-side engineers, you can also expand your area of ​​activity to multiple areas (front-end development, etc.) if you wish.

[Specific work content]

・Prime projects that are almost entirely directly commissioned by clients

・Presales and proposal activities to materialize customer requirements

・Creating and promoting project plans from the requirements definition phase to design and development

・Planning, designing, developing, and continuing development of applications that utilize the latest cloud technology

・Implementing improvement proposals for continuing development based on feedback from users

The company has set strengthening its cloud business as a major theme, and wants to significantly strengthen its organization along with expanding its service content. In addition, as customers have highly evaluated its track record in cloud application development and data analysis platform development, the number of projects has increased, and the company wants to significantly strengthen its organization even more than before.

◆ Work style
First, in order to get used to the company and how projects are carried out, you will be engaged in system development as a sub-leader or member under the PL, and you will learn together about how to proceed with projects, customer negotiations, and the technologies handled. After that, gradually expand the scope of your responsibilities, and as a PL, you will be tasked with creating and promoting project plans from the requirements definition phase to design and development. As for your future career, you can choose to become a PM, consultant, system architect, etc., and you will decide on your career in consultation with your superiors.

The majority of members are in their 20s, followed by their 30s, 40s, and 50s. The scale of projects varies from small (2 people including PL) to large (over 30 people). The majority of projects are between 4 and 10 people in size.

Some renovation projects take less than a month, while others take a year to develop. New development takes more than 5 months, and feature additions take around 1 month.

Mandatory Requirements
