[Background]
We are looking for a bridge engineer to support the offshore development team of "Mail Dealer". Mail Dealer is an email management tool used by over 6,000 customers with the theme of "improving the efficiency of email inquiry work". Development is being carried out by both the Japanese development team and the offshore development team, which is in its eighth year since its launch at the Vietnamese subsidiary, and we aim to further grow the offshore development team in order to expand our product share in the future.

Web application development such as adding new functions, improving performance, and technical improvements and renewals using offshore development (Vietnamese subsidiary) for the company's SaaS products.

1. Development work management for the Vietnamese subsidiary
Understand the contents of the requirements specification document designed by Japanese engineers and convey it in an easy-to-understand manner.
Review deliverables such as design documents, source code, and test specifications.
Manage the progress of entrusted development projects.
2. Support for the Vietnamese subsidiary
Understand the contents of questions and consultations and answer them in an easy-to-understand manner.
Cooperate and consult with Japanese engineers to solve technical issues.
Support improvement activities to improve productivity, quality, and technical capabilities.
3. Business trips to Vietnamese subsidiaries
Business trips to offshore development sites to grasp the current situation, share know-how, and strengthen relationships.
