The Data & AI Department is a specialized team that develops Dentsu Digital's solutions, enhances client relations, and improves internal operations through data analysis and AI technologies.

We execute data marketing and analysis to "change consumer behavior" and work on automating the creation of creative content that resonates with consumers. Additionally, we design new experiences like chatbot solutions.

In charge of ensuring optimal systemization and stable operation of AI usage for clients, considering aspects like usability.

■ Product Management Division
Collaborates with various departments within Dentsu Digital, gathering needs, building product portfolios, and designing features aligned with operational requirements.
