You will be responsible for new construction, maintenance, and renovation of interior and architectural works in various types of buildings, such as office buildings, hotels, apartments, department stores, theaters, and hospitals.
Your role will involve tasks such as project estimation, construction schedule management, material management, safety management, labor management, cost management, and quality control. Through these duties, you will help improve the motivation and productivity of the on-site team. You will also be responsible for negotiating and coordinating with various stakeholders, including general contractors, construction firms, and clients.
・The scale of the projects varies, ranging from several million yen to hundreds of millions of yen. Since you will be involved in both new construction and renovation projects, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that match your career level and gain experience to progress professionally.
・The first 2 to 3 years after joining will be a period for you to learn the company’s rules and work style. During this time, you are encouraged to settle in and focus on learning and growing in your role.
・Holder of the 1st-Class Architectural Construction Management Engineer certification
・Experience in construction management within architectural projects
Educational Background: High school graduate or higher
・Licensed Architect
・Experience as a site supervisor (project representative)
