You will be managing the construction work for various projects, including single-family homes, apartments, stores, and factories.

■ Managing work processes
■ Giving instructions to work staff
■ Managing safety, quality, and cost
■ Handling paperwork and documentation
■ Drafting using CAD
■ Site supervisor duties, etc.
※ Depending on the site situation, you may be asked to perform on-site tasks.

8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including breaks) 【Break Times】 - 10:00 AM – 10:15 AM - 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM – 3:15 PM Total break time: 1.5 hours ※ Overtime exceeding 8 working hours will be calculated as overtime, but overtime pay is based on performance and not fully reimbursed.
