Scope of Work: This position involves drawing up IT grand designs based on the business goals of clients within the Dentsu Group and offering comprehensive support from conceptualization to building and utilizing technology for business transformation. We are seeking an IT consultant to help implement marketing DX and develop new businesses or transform existing services. You will be working closely with clients in the upstream phases, designing IT strategies, roadmaps, and overall architecture.
Specific Responsibilities:
・Analyze clients' business challenges and create IT strategies and roadmaps to solve them.
・Design overall architecture for IT grand designs.
・Develop business/marketing strategies using technology and data.
・Focus areas: Marketing platforms, product development.
・Build marketing platforms (mainly CDP/BI/analytics platforms), from requirement definition to implementation.
・Support the use and internalization of marketing platforms (planning, PDCA, support for human resources training).
・Provide IT operations support for marketing platforms.
・Organize IT requirements and create development plans for new products or customer experiences (CX).
Sample Projects:
・Transforming physician communication.
・Improving customer service operations using LINE.
・Strengthening sales touchpoints with XAI and generative AI.
・Building data platforms for data-driven decision making.

The scale of each project varies, but upstream phases may last 2-3 months, while construction projects may take about six months, and large-scale cases may take up to a year to complete. The daily work varies depending on the project, with a combination of team meetings, individual tasks, and client discussions.
