■Job Description
・The company is a service company that consolidates and streamlines the work of 110,000 staff members of the NEC Group (accounting, human resources, marketing, procurement, general affairs, etc.). The Corporate Transformation Division is tasked with analyzing and utilizing AI and analytics on the large-scale data generated by work, renovating business processes with E2E, realizing DX, and improving the added value of the NEC Group's back-office work.
・The position you are looking for will lead a project to improve business operations using DX and analytics from a business perspective. We expect you to lead the company's DX frontline, conducting proof-of-concept experiments using cutting-edge technology from a management and business perspective.
■Recruitment Background
This is a recruitment to strengthen the company's DX. We are looking for people who will not just perform a set role or business process, but will define their own ideal and role and create what needs to be done. You will be involved in the project from its launch as a core member. The NEC Group is currently in the midst of a corporate transformation that encompasses the entire group. When you join the company, you will be engaged in the construction of a management infrastructure (service management) to maintain and improve the quality and productivity of the services provided by this headquarters, and will mainly be responsible for the construction, operation design, and implementation of an IT infrastructure using ServiceNow and Tableau.
Even after the implementation is complete, you will be responsible for activities to establish and improve operations.
