Job Description

You will be responsible for new construction, maintenance, and renovation of architectural and interior works in various types of buildings such as office buildings, hotels, apartments, department stores, theaters, and hospitals.

Your role will involve tasks such as project estimation, construction schedule management, material management, safety management, labor management, cost management, and quality control. Through these responsibilities, you will work to improve the motivation and productivity of the on-site team. You will also be responsible for negotiating and coordinating with various stakeholders, such as general contractors, construction firms, and clients.

・The scale of the projects varies, ranging from several million yen to hundreds of millions of yen. Since you will be involved in both new construction and renovation projects, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that match your career level, allowing you to step up in your professional growth.
・The first 2 to 3 years after joining will be considered a learning period where you familiarize yourself with the company’s rules and work style. During this time, you are encouraged to settle in and focus on learning and growing in your role.

Mandatory Requirements

・Candidates who wish to take the 1st-Class or 2nd-Class Architectural Construction Management Engineer exam and obtain certification within 1 to 2 years.
・Practical experience in construction management for office buildings, commercial facilities, or mixed-use facilities (scale not specified).
*Residential projects are excluded.

Preferred Requirements

・Candidates who already have practical experience required for taking the Architectural Construction Management Engineer exam
・Licensed architects
