[Job Description]
You will be responsible for managing application operation projects with a major pharmaceutical manufacturer as a client.
- Project management (schedule, quality, issues, work hours, management and monitoring, etc.)
- Application operation work (execution of operation processes/improvement management, etc.)
- Plan and execute continuous improvements to operational issues by applying the latest technologies such as AI
- Regular reports to customers (incident management based on KPIs, change management, problem management result reports, etc.)
- Responding to inquiries from customers (system implementation/additional operations/event response, etc.)
