Job Description

■Job Description
You will be working as a playing manager in charge of managing the service desk projects currently being operated by multiple companies.
Specific tasks will include the following:

-Team management and vendor management
-Project quality management and quality improvement
-Incident management
-Responding to inquiries and reporting to customers
-Support for setting up teams, transferring operations, and carrying out tasks to acquire new customers
