You will be responsible for mechanical structural design that supports industries around the world through technology. This involves the development and design of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, specifically in the "die bonding" process, which is the equipment used in the latter stages of semiconductor manufacturing to adhere cut silicon to a substrate.
About Our Company: As a manufacturer of semiconductor equipment known as "die bonders," we operate on a worldwide scale. In the semiconductor manufacturing process, the process of adhering chips that have been diced from wafers to substrates is called bonding, and the equipment used for this is referred to as a die bonder. We particularly boast a top-class market share in the smartphone sector.
Practical experience in mechanical structural design (5 years or more)
Note: Specialized knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment is not required. You will be able to catch up after joining the company.
