Job Description

You will be managing and driving projects for Deloitte Tohmatsu Group's enterprise clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, materials and energy, communications, media, high-tech, finance, and public sectors.

Most of the projects involve large-scale initiatives for Deloitte Group's enterprise clients, and our unique structure allows you to engage with the highest upstream stages of the project. Specifically, by being involved (and advising) from the very first stages, such as RFP formulation, requirements definition, vendor selection, and system planning, we can minimize the need for rework during the planning, development, and testing phases, thereby enhancing project efficiency.

[Specific Duties]
・Providing advice and improvement proposals from the highest upstream stages related to quality.
・Promoting and managing multiple projects and overseeing operations.
・Managing project budgets and schedules, and controlling all aspects of the project to ensure its success.

Mandatory Requirements

[Required Qualifications]
At least 3 years of development experience (regardless of scale, industry, or field)
Experience in project management or development site management
※At least one project with a minimum of 6 months of assignment experience
Experience with an SI vendor or a consulting firm, not in the information systems department of a company.

[Education]
Graduate degree, University degree, Vocational school graduate, or High school graduate.

Preferred Requirements

[Preferred Qualifications]
・Experience in participating in very upstream project phases
・Experience as a PM or PMO in medium to large projects
・Expertise in at least one core business area such as finance and accounting, procurement, production, or sales
・Expertise in at least one specific industry such as manufacturing, distribution/retail, or life sciences
・Experience in building relationships with client management (CxO level)
・English proficiency
・PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
